Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of shoppnic.com and your purchases from Shoppnic. By using the site or placing an order you agree to them. Please read them before you buy.

1. Who can order. You must be 18 or older to place an order. Creating an account is optional. If you create one, keep your login details private; you are responsible for activity under your account.

2. Product information. We describe every product as accurately as we can, including its real delivery window. Colours may look slightly different on your screen. We may change or discontinue products at any time.

3. Prices, duties and taxes. Prices are shown in US dollars. Shipping to the United States is free, and all import duties and customs fees are included in the price. You will not be charged anything on delivery. Any applicable US sales tax is shown at checkout before you pay.

4. Orders and payment. Payment is taken at checkout through Shopify Payments, Apple Pay or Google Pay. An order confirmation email means we have received your order; we accept it when we ship it. We may cancel an order and refund you in full if a product is unavailable or we suspect fraud.

5. Shipping. We currently ship to the United States only. Delivery takes 8 to 12 days from the order date. Full details are in our Shipping Policy. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather or events outside our control, but we will always help you locate a parcel.

6. Returns and refunds. You have 30 days from delivery to return an unused item. See our Refund Policy for the steps. Damaged or faulty items are replaced or refunded at our cost.

7. Acceptable use. Do not use the site for anything unlawful, attempt to access our systems without permission, or submit false reviews or information.

8. Intellectual property. The text, images and branding on this site belong to Shoppnic or our suppliers and may not be reused without written permission.

9. Liability. Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

10. Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Shoppnic is operated, and disputes are subject to the courts there.

11. Changes. We may update these Terms. The version on this page at the time you order is the one that applies to that order.
