How long does delivery take?
8 to 12 days to any US address. Our products ship from our supplier's fulfilment centre, so they take longer than a domestic parcel. You get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

How much is shipping?
Free on every order. Import duties and customs fees are included in the price, so there is nothing to pay on delivery.

Do you ship outside the United States?
Not yet. US addresses only for now.

Where can I track my order?
Use the Track Your Order page in the menu, or the tracking link in your shipping email. Tracking usually starts updating within 48 hours of dispatch.

Can I return it?
Yes. You have 30 days from delivery to return an unused item for a refund. Email support@shoppnic.com with your order number and we will send instructions. Damaged or faulty items are replaced or refunded at our cost.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Email us as soon as possible. We can change or cancel an order until it has been handed to the carrier, usually within 1 to 2 business days of ordering.

Is the snuffle mat machine washable?
Yes. Shake out crumbs, wash on a cold gentle cycle and air dry. Do not tumble dry.

Is the slow-feed bowl suitable for all dogs?
It suits small and medium dogs and most large dogs that eat dry food. Very large breeds with wide muzzles may find it fiddly. Supervise your dog the first few times with any new feeder.

Do I need an account to order?
No. You can check out as a guest. An account lets you see your order history in one place.

Is my payment information safe?
Yes. Payments are processed by Shopify Payments, Apple Pay or Google Pay. We never see or store your card number.
