Shipping Policy

We ship to addresses in the United States.

Cost: Shipping is free on every order. Import duties and customs fees are already included in the price, so you will never be asked to pay anything on delivery.

Delivery time: Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days and arrive 8 to 12 days after you order. Our products ship from our supplier's fulfilment centre, so delivery takes longer than a domestic parcel. We state the real delivery window on every product page.

Tracking: You receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. Tracking usually starts updating within 48 hours. You can follow your parcel any time on our Track Your Order page.

Address accuracy: Please check your address at checkout. If a parcel comes back because the address was incomplete or wrong, we reship once at no cost. After that, a reshipping fee applies.

Lost or late parcels: If your tracking has not moved for 10 days, or the parcel has not arrived 20 days after you ordered, email support@shoppnic.com. We will send a replacement or refund you in full, your choice.

Outside the United States: We do not ship outside the US at the moment.
